As is always the case with any plan things seem to change, however in this case not too much from the original idea as you will have seen from the letter you were sent or emailed earlier in the month, there will be a celebration party on Friday the 16^th October 2009, and a full days motor sport on Sunday 18^th October 2009, the letter you were sent is reprinted in full in this newsletter with all the party details on , so, if you have not already returned your payment slip for tickets please do so NOW (tickets are in limited supply and will not be available on the night).

The motor sport side of the weekend on the Sunday will consist of a combined Autotest and Car Trial, Regulations for this will be sent to the regular contenders shortly any other member requiring full details should contact Simon Law, Dave Hemingway or Derek Slater.
